AIN'T IT SOMETIMES A BITCH....

funny thing about that last post.

i cut the check for the car and we were at the DMV. I had dropped the car off coz it was making a sound and i thought i should get an oil change...

the garage called me back and said my car was dead. it was all over. i stared straight ahead and had no idea what to do.

i proceeded with the title process and the registration (i like to pretend things aren't really happening sometimes when it's way too big for me to handle... like buying time or something i don't know...).

left the dmv and back to the garage. there was a 3.75 bolt that we went and found and it solved the problem but then all of a sudden after one of the guys from the garage drove the car without the infamous bolt in it after telling me if the bolt fell out i would have killed my car.

so... then my car was dead.

again it was all over. all choice to celebrate thwarted. just another crap fling in the crap flinging contest of life.

then the mechanics resurrected my car. as with all resurrections there was no guarantee given. i could drive the car for as long as i wished if i put my blind faith into a vehicle that could drop in the next 2 hours or in the next 2 years...

since the celebration was off... i decided to try the blind faith thing. didn't really have anything else to do, so why not...

yay, i have a car (for now).

CHAPTERS

wow. i don't even count the days since i quit smoking. let's see. roughly it's been 7 months or so. it was kinda crazy there for a while but as a beacon of hope i would like you all to know... for all the hype about quitting...

..it REALLY WASN'T THAT HARD!

also, there is an end to it. at this point life has pretty much returned to normal all except that now i kinda feel like i can almost do anything i set my mind to.

celebration. reasons to celebrate. it's more than just the current madonna single. it's a reward for all the hard work we do in life. to celebrate...

this weekend i will cut the check to fully complete my car payment. the car is NOW mine!!!!!! all mineeeeeee MUAHAHAHAHAA!

that's a huge chapter in my life that needs closing. it's also a gigantic personal goal to cut that check.

never been so happy to write the largest check i ever have in my whole life. hahaha.

so as all things end.... so do all things begin.

onto the next chapter which we're not really talking about yet...
