199/210/160 just wow.
just being under 200 pounds feels like an achievement. it's certaintly not safely enough under 200 that i'm cool with it. one good chug of h20 and i'm up over 200 again. the real twirls and flairs will happen when i'm at least 190. i have quit drinking, i have upped the exersizes (i dance in my apartment - like wild crazy dance, a lot latley ..haha...) ANDDDDDD i get to eat yummy chicken salad!
ok... i'm off to class. i have a math test today (gag).
